IRONRIDE
IRONRIDE combines the benefits of high intensity cycle class with resistance training. Working with different intervals, IronRide gives you a cardio and strength workout like you've never experienced in any other class.
ABS N BOOTY
ABS N BOOTY is a muscular toning based class that targets your core, glutes and legs utilising body weight and a range of equipment. This class is low impact and suitable for everyone.
PILATES
Mat Pilates involves performing fun body-weight exercises and movements low to the ground. Pilates combines exercises to promote strength, stability, and flexibility throughout the body.

Our Pilates Mat classes are taught by experienced Pilates instructors and is a great way to challenge yourself and get a great workout.
YOGA
Yoga can be for just about anyone. Yoga is a mind and body practice focusing on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

POWERCYCLE
Get your cardio on! POWERCYCLE is a high intensity class designed to get you moving fast and burning calories. Enjoy fast paced, upbeat tunes that will keep you motivated and energized. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!
HUSTLE
​High-intensity interval training is a training style in which you give 100% effort through quick and intense bursts of cardio exercises, followed by short, recovery periods. This type of training increases and maintains your heart rate at a high level, maximising your calories burned.
CONQUER
Build muscle, tone and lose weight with this strength based HIIT Class. High-intensity interval training is a training style in which you give 100% effort through quick and intense bursts of strength exercises. This class is both aerobic and anaerobic to build muscle and maximise your calories burned.
GO!
Non-stop, high intensity training combining cardio and resistance exercises that will push you to your limits. Using longer intervals and shorter recovery periods, Go increases your cardio and strength intensity with high-impact exercises and demanding interval programs.
REFORMER PILATES @ AWAKEN
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and versatile form of Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the reformer itself. Our experienced trainers will take you through a repertoire of exercises that will aid in building muscle and increasing stability and mobility through your body.
Reformer Pilates plus extra mat and yoga classes are held at our Awaken Studio.

REFORMER PILATES @ AWAKEN
The Challenge is a class that will get calories burning and challenge you to compete against yourself and keep kicking goals with your fitness.
Delivered in an AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible), the class is able to be completed at your own pace or you can push yourself to your limits and try to beat your last score or that of your friends.
POWERBAR
POWERBAR combines great music and weight based training which allows you to build and tone muscle, while also allowing you to access a high heart rate zone to kill those calories. A great way to have fun while gettting in some weight lifting for the week.
